Welcome to Spiderslashers! Throughout the month of October I’ll be reviewing as many horror movies as I can! As someone that’s not overly familiar with the horror genre as I am a massive coward, I wanted to try test myself by finally diving deep into horror movies to try and gain further appreciation of them. I chose to premier this segment in October because…honestly it’s the best time to do it, it’s the SCARIEST month of the year, right? The whole point of this review series is to get me out of my comfort zone and enjoy different types of film and I’m very excited about it!
And you know what? Since Halloween is later this month, I’ll also be looking at movies that, while not necessarily HORROR related, still get you into the spirit of the holidays.
How many movies am I going to do?
I don’t know!
I didn’t plan this out that well! I’m even writing this at 5 AM!
In all seriousness I really hope you all enjoy reading my thoughts on these movies as I will (hopefully) have watching them!
also i promise not to take another 3 month hiatus i’ll do better i swear
